These are the Pink Gloves Boxing 3 Tools of Empowerment. PGB is a female-focused, high-energy, instructional boxing program designed for all fitness levels and abilities. PGB’s small group allows one-on-one instruction with your trainers to improve your boxing form. This community creates space for women to empower each other while working towards a shared goal of bettering themselves inside and out. over the course of 20 classes.
During class, you will work through various stations such as heavy bags, shadowboxing, speed/agility drills, mitt holding, and more. Pending attendance, at the end of each session members can Tier Up, progressing to the next tier. Keeping it progressive means improvement in confidence and skill level. You will never do the same workout twice.

We are not offering Tier One at this time.
Registration: $275 (20 Instructional classes, PGB gloves, wrist wraps, member manual, keychain, and cinch bag).
Must be 18 years old to register.
Current Crew: Upper Tiers & HOF
9/9-11/26: Mondays, 7-8pm
Options: Any Tier or Hall of Fame
